Order / Cancellations / Proof / Shipping Policies - PLEASE READ
​PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW, TO INCLUDE THE "NO CANCELLATION" POLICY
**Each shirt is Made to ORDER and will take 2-4 business days (Monday- Friday, non-holidays) to make the item after the order is placed and ships out the following business day. Anyone wanting a rush order needs to contact us BEFORE the purchase so a custom rush order listing for them can be set up. The rush fee is $5. Rush orders are completed in 1 business day. Please note that, due to the reduced time frame for completion of rush orders, no changes will be allowed once order is placed.
Size and placement may vary depending on the size of shirt. The colors of the shirts vary slightly due to the process. Custom changes (such a color changes) need to be discussed PRIOR to purchase. This is due to the fact that there may be a design fees involved. We may decide to allow a return or refund, but we reserve the right to deny a return or refund if it has been longer than 2 days since the item was delivered.

USPS First Class mail usually takes from 3-5 business days depending on the mail service to your area. We generally recommend choosing Priority Mail for shipping. It is faster and come with insurance. Regardless of the type of shipping selected, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your package's tracking number once your order has been shipped. PLEASE verify your shipping address is correct BEFORE completing your order. If a change in shipping address is requested after the purchase is made the order will be canceled and you will have to resubmit your order using the correct shipping address.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Any custom designs will have a proof sent prior to making the order for APPROVAL.
